Kangwon Land announced that it will begin extensive renovations of the Grand Hotel and Mountain Condo next month. 757 rooms, representing over 40% of the total 1,827 rooms across the two complexes, will be newly refurbished. The Grand Core Zone will feature a Media Dome Arena centered around a large-scale dome-shaped entertainment space, three newly constructed hotel buildings, and a new Grand Casino. The Wellness Zone will consist of luxury villas equipped with hot springs and an outdoor garden spa. The Leisure Sports Park will operate seven types of forest-based activities, including a zip coaster, forest adventure, eco-rider, aerial net, observation deck, forest campsite, and forest healing center.
