Aldar Properties launches Yas Acres Golf and Country Club on Yas Island
Golf enthusiasts will have access to a world-class nine-hole golf course nestled within the community across 130 acres.
Dana Fry of Straka Global Golf Course Design said: “Yas Acres Golf Club is a big course on 130 acres with a massive ridge that reaches close to 10 meters high with desert vegetation on it and lakes and flowing streams running along it.”

Yas Bay Waterfront, a vibrant leisure and entertainment district on Yas Island, will open on December 1.
The destination will bring new dining concepts to Abu Dhabi, including the Ibiza-style beach club, Cafe del Mar, known for its distinctive ambience, music and Mediterranean cuisine; Paradiso, a globally renowned Mediterranean restaurant helmed by Nicole Rubi, the woman behind La Petite Maison, and Michelin-lauded chef Pierre Gagnaire; and critically acclaimed Japanese street-food concept, Akiba Dori.

DoubleTree by by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences has just opened!
The DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences opened its doors today, making it Abu Dhabi’s first DoubleTree by Hilton property.
Developed by Miral, Abu Dhabi’s leading curator of magnetic experiences, the hotel was developed to meet the requirements of longer stay bookings, families, and business travellers staying on Yas Island.
Providing flexible hospitality options and offering a ‘home away from home’ experience, guests can choose from 156 apartments, comprising a mix of studio-, one-, two- and three-bedroom accommodation options, that cater to every need. Featuring a full range of facilities, including spacious bathrooms, a separate wardrobe area, interactive TV, a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, washer/dryer, free WiFi and separate living room for all suites, each room has been designed with comfort and convenience in mind.

The DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences will open just a few days after The WB Abu Dhabi hotel.
When it does, it will bring 156 apartments to the area. These will be ranging from studios, all the way up to three-bedroom apartments. All rooms will feature kitchenettes and guests will have access to a swimming pool and gym. The hotel is set to open on November 17, while the WB Abu Dhabi is set to open on November 11.

Warner Bros. Hotel and DoubleTree Residences seem really close to being finished. There were boxes being brought in, and a crane out front by the main entrance.
