Wynn Al Marjan Island, today announces Townhomes, one of the resort's most exclusive accommodation offerings, located within Enclave, Wynn Al Marjan Island's boutique hotel.

Evocative of the great aristocratic urban mansions found in Paris (hôtels particuliers), they are positioned at the very heart of the resort. Arrived at through the Royal Foyer, they offer immediate access to the wider destination while remaining architecturally and experientially removed, creating a rare sense of privacy at the center of it all. They will be available by exclusive reservation only.

Townhomes offer insight into the design philosophy and guest-centric thinking that will define this new ultra-private dimension of the Wynn Al Marjan Island experience. Townhomes, joins Marina and Ocean Estates and the Apartments as three distinct ways to experience Enclave, Wynn Al Marjan Island's boutique hotel within the resort.

"Townhomes move beyond the traditional idea of a villa or penthouse," said Todd-Avery Lenahan, President & Chief Creative Officer, Wynn Design & Development. "This is an entirely different category of accommodation, defined by privacy, scale, and a level of residential design rarely found in a resort setting."

Townhomes are designed for guests who value a rarified experience, those who wish to breathe in the energy of Wynn Al Marjan Island, with the full breadth of the destination immediately at their doorstep, before retreating at day's end to a private world entirely of their own.

Every detail has been designed with the permanence and craftsmanship of the world's finest private residences in mind. The result is a sense of warmth, depth and authenticity rarely found in hotel accommodations.

"What distinguishes the Townhomes is their individuality," said Lenahan. "Guests will encounter the rare and extraordinary. Every detail has been created specifically for these accommodations, resulting in spaces that feel deeply personal, highly curated, and distinctive as the finest homes anywhere in the world."

Among the resort's most exclusive accommodations, the Townhomes range from 630 square meters for two-bedroom layouts to 1,110 square meters for four-bedroom layouts, spanning two levels. "Space is one of the ultimate luxuries, and guests will experience it unapologetically here. The Townhomes represent the most expansive guest accommodations we have ever created; entirely unique within our global portfolio." said Lenahan.

Each is anchored by expansive primary suites and dedicated private spa facilities, including a hammam and tepidarium. A sequence of elegant salons invites a range of living and entertaining — palatial living and dining rooms, a dedicated library, billiards salon and media room. A contemporary kitchen, bar, and generous entertaining spaces further support both everyday retreat and entertaining.

Soaring vaulted ceilings, grand staircases, and refined architectural detailing provide a sense of volume and progression throughout. The experience extends outdoors through a fully enclosed verdant courtyard featuring multiple plunge pools, complemented by dedicated wellness facilities, together forming a fully self-contained retreat.

Whilst not located within the tower, Townhomes are part of Enclave, Wynn Al Marjan Island's boutique hotel and a destination within the destination. With the addition of the Townhomes, Enclave now comprises 323 accommodations across suites, Apartments, Townhomes, and Marina and Ocean Estates.

The main structure of the first hotel in the R1029 Island Project, built by CSCEC, has recently topped out.

Located on a renowned artificial island in Dubai and adjacent to the iconic seven-star Burj Al Arab, the R1029 Island project covers roughly 440,000 square meters of floor area and is planned to comprise four five-star international hotels, premium apartments and a supporting commercial center.

The topping-out hotel is the first core building in the project to complete its main structure. Guided by this key milestone, the project team worked with sound organization and precise execution, maintaining strict control over both safety and quality throughout, to bring the structure to completion.

Work is now advancing in tandem across the remaining main structures, while mechanical and electrical installation is being pushed forward in full, creating favorable conditions for the orderly sequencing of interior and exterior works and parallel execution across multiple workfaces.

Like the broader community, the entryway at Asteria is designed with creative guidance from Walt Disney Imagineering to reflect the natural beauty and character of North Carolina’s Piedmont region.

The land helps set the stage with topography that rises just beyond the entry before gently falling, creating a subtle reveal. Stone sourced from the site, including metavolcanic rock, quartz, and rhyolite, will be used throughout the entryway design. Built in the regional tradition of dry stacking, these materials will help connect the entryway to the land that inspired it.

One of the entryway’s signature elements will be a moon gate, an arched gateway that frames the landscape beyond. As residents and visitors pass through, the moon gate will create a memorable moment of arrival and offer a first look at the thoughtful details planned throughout Asteria.
