Aldar Properties has launched the AED1.15 billion ($310 million) Yas Park Gate residential development, which will complement the existing communities and feature 508 new homes spanning over 255,000 sq m.
The Mediterranean-style gated community, which will be located on the doorstep of Yas Park - a first-of-its-kind family and recreational activity park in Abu Dhabi - is a natural progression in the development of the second phase of North Yas. Construction of Yas Park Gate is due to begin in Q1, 2023, with handovers expected to commence in Q1, 2026.

New waterfront residential project on Yas Island announced
The residence will constitute more than 230 units with a goal to accomplish the entire construction in 368 days from the day of launch. It will portray an entire Yas Bay lifestyle through Townhouse Villas, Luxury Apartments, and Health Club.

The community will span an area of 397,000 sqm in Yas North, with construction scheduled to commence in Q4 2022.
It will comprise of 864 townhouses and apartments, as well as 3,000 sqm of retail space.
The Sustainable City – Yas Island will be powered by renewable energy, enabling residents to save up to 100 per cent on energy bills.
The masterplan envisions green, energy-efficient designs, car-free residential clusters, recycling facilities, and indoor vertical farms.
Yas Acres The Dahlias are the newest and final addition to the Yas Island community, with 120 new homes.
