Italy is now completed but this timelapse is really cool.
Timelapse of the Monaco Pavilion from January 2021
The overall quality of the video is not high but it's cool to be able to "look around" the 360* video.
A look around the site, it is now open to visitors to visit the Sustainability Pavilion.
The Sustainability Pavilion is now complete. You can still see a lot of work going on in the background of this shot though...
and a sneak peak inside. You can preview the pavilions before the start of the Expo proper from January 22nd.
Monaco Pavilion Construction Timelapse.
The structural works on the Italian Pavilion are now completed.
In the latest episode of Expo Reaction series, Construction Week’s digital editor, Ranju Warrier, speaks to Clayton Kimpton, New Zealand's commissioner-general at Expo 2020 Dubai.
Kimpton, in an exclusive virtual interview with Construction Week, talks about the idea behind the pavilion's design and theme; constructing during the COVID-19 pandemic; and how the pavilion connects to the nation's values and identity.
Located within the Sustainability District, the New Zealand Pavilion is based on the M?ori concept of kaitiakitanga, while the pavilion will be presented to the world as the nation’s waka taonga — a receptacle for essential aspects of New Zealand’s identity and values, which reflects the 'Connecting Minds, Creating the Future' theme of the Expo.
Thank you to Xavier Chatel, Ambassador of France to the United Arab Emirates, and Raja Rabia, Consul General of France in Dubai, for their visit to the France Pavilion site and their involvement in the French project at the Dubai World Expo
