Elevator core size shrinks to half after floor 70, which will be the size of 2 standard room floors (~7m), and will house two-story Royal Apartments measuring 1,500 sqm, each being 2 floors with 8 bedrooms. No elevator supply will reach the second floors of the Enclave Royal Apartments; private in-room elevators will be available. The tower is progressing ahead of schedule, with the structure now at the 69th floor and elevator cores completed.

Wynn Al Marjan Island to be announced as structurally complete in the next 4 to 5 weeks.
Wynn AMI's tower has reached the 67th floor, with elevator cores reaching the top floor, which is the 70th. While the structure will be complete as soon as next month, architectural completion (glass facades, spire, logo on floors 66, 67, 68) won't happen until early December.
Landscaping update: Wynn is moving greenery from Wynn's nursery establishment to Island 3, AMI.
