Wynn Al Marjan Island to be announced as structurally complete in the next 4 to 5 weeks.
Wynn AMI's tower has reached the 67th floor, with elevator cores reaching the top floor, which is the 70th. While the structure will be complete as soon as next month, architectural completion (glass facades, spire, logo on floors 66, 67, 68) won't happen until early December.
Landscaping update: Wynn is moving greenery from Wynn's nursery establishment to Island 3, AMI.

Wynn Al Marjan Island has entered its final phase of construction. With the tower structure now reaching the 64th floor and elevator cores extending to the 67th, topping out is expected within the next few weeks. Most on-site activity is now focused on infrastructure works, as construction progresses steadily toward the targeted October 2025 completion.
Wynn Resorts is expected to announce the structural completion of Wynn AMI soon.
