Wynn Al Marjan Island's tower has just over 10 floors remaining, bringing the tower to 82% completion. The structure's core is well above the 60th floor, and based on the current progress, topping off is expected in late October.

IGY Marinas has been appointed as the official marina operator for the upcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island Marina, located in Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

The agreement will see IGY Marinas provide pre-opening consultancy and post-opening operational and marketing services for the new waterfront facility. The marina, which forms part of the highly anticipated Wynn Al Marjan Island integrated resort, is being developed by Wynn Resorts in collaboration with Marina Solutions International (MSI).

Designed to accommodate yachts up to 85 metres in length, the marina will feature 101 berths and is set to meet the growing demand for high-end superyacht facilities in the region. According to IGY, the facility will be built to international standards, with advanced berthing systems and premium marine services designed to deliver a luxury experience for visiting yachts and their guests.
