Currently, Wynn Al Marjan Island has reached the 56th floor, with structural walls extending up to the 60th floor, making it the tallest building in the Northern Emirates. Rooms on the 8th floor are being framed, while floors 3 to 7 are nearing completion. Furthermore, the mainland bridge has been completed but has not yet been paved, so it is not suitable for driving. Reportedly, pools have been excavated, with 2 out of the 12 fully completed.
