The mixed-use development comprises residential homes and retail outlets offering comprehensive community living, enhancing how people live, stay, shop and play.
ASGC executes construction works for the substructure work package, including two basements and a lower ground floor. In addition, ASGC provides Design & Build services for the superstructure package, comprising an upper ground floor, five (UG+10 floors) residential and retail mixed-use buildings, town square & cinema block (UG+6 floors) and other retail areas. Our additional scope consists of landscaping, utilities, MEP, and infrastructure works.
