Kleindienst Group completed construction for Nice Hotel on The Heart Of Europe

After the successful launch – and resounding success – of its Monaco-inspired hotel, the Kleindienst Group is set to add a second Nice-inspired property to its Côte d’Azur stable. Part of the Heart of Europe development located on the World Islands just off the coast of Dubai, Nice Hotel has now completed construction, having achieved the Nakheel Completion Certificate.

The Nice Hotel is an adults-only luxury escape within the Côte d’Azur resort on Main Europe Island, inspired by the vibrant spirit of the French Riviera. Featuring 264 keys, including premium suites and exclusive private lounges, the hotel overlooks the Grand Azur Pool and a bustling beach. Designed for experiential stays, it will offer the ultimate party destination with live music, festivals and beachfront glamour.

The Heart of Europe’s second hotel will open before the end of 2023

Dubai’s US$5 billion The Heart of Europe project is gearing up to launch its second hotel. Inspired by the French Riviera, the Nice hotel will open “in a few months,” and adds 264 keys to the man-made archipelago.

The developer of a $5 billion luxury project on Dubai’s World Islands has said the project will be completed by 2026.

The Kleindienst Group, which is behind The Heart of Europe, said the first phase of the project will be completed by the end of this year and will include the handover of almost 50 floating “seahorse” villas.

The entire development includes palaces with private beaches, hundreds of smaller villas and apartments, hotels, as well as floating “seahorse” villas on the six-island cluster, situated four kilometres off the Dubai coast.

“We had the soft opening of our first hotel at the start of the year and we have more than 70 properties currently under construction. The first phase of those will be made available to tourists by the end of the year. Everything will be completed by 2026.”
