It looks like social housing with a swimming pool. Such a disappointing and cheap finish. At least I know, where I will not go for a holiday.
In September, on one of the seven distinct islands, Côte d´Azur Monaco will be ready to welcome staycationers looking to get a break from the city. It is one of 15 hotels that is being developed in the Heart of Europe, and one of four leisure properties that make up the Côte d’Azur resort of hotels on the Main Europe Island.

These properties too are also nearing completion and we will let you know as soon as get word of their opening.

Note how unfinished this resort is despite the adverts we have seen for ones for sale which are the only ones surrounding the "finished" pool. All the others are still nowhere near done with pools empty.

They are still doing loads or PR around the Seahorse villas but I was more interested in the construction you can see in the background. Those Swedish mansions are still far from done!
