ASGC is the main contractor for the Grove project at Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi by Aldar Properties. The mixed-use development comprises residential homes and retail outlets offering comprehensive community living, enhancing how people live, stay, shop and play.

ASGC executes construction works for the substructure work package, including two basements and a lower ground floor. In addition, ASGC provides Design & Build services for the superstructure package, comprising an upper ground floor, five (UG+10 floors) residential and retail mixed-use buildings, town square & cinema block (UG+6 floors) and other retail areas. Our additional scope consists of landscaping, utilities, MEP, and infrastructure works.

Not sure how accurate that is. TeamLab Phenomena and National History Museum are being built next to each other as seen in the link below. This image is from February this year. I can't see any later images.
