Rixos Jewel of The Creek, Dubai to be introduced in mid 2022.
Accor, a world leading hospitality group, will introduce many stunning new properties in the Middle East in 2022, including the new Raffles Doha and sister hotel Fairmont Doha, Banyan Tree AlUla in the Asher Valley of Saudi Arabia, and Fairmont La Marina Rabat-Salé.

Aimed at business, leisure and family travellers, this newbuild Rixos hotel is being created through a collaboration between Accor and Qetaifan Projects Company, a subsidiary of Katara Hospitality. It forms part of the Qetaifan Island North Project located off Lusail City, pairing a luxury resort environment with the historical, natural and cultural influences of Qatar. The property’s architecture is by Atkins – Dubai and the interiors are by Bluu UAE.

Saudi Arabia’s Emaar The Economic City (Emaar EC) has started planning and design work for the Rixos Emerald Shores resort looking out to the Red Sea coast.
The construction firm has signed a framework cooperation agreement with the Tourism Development Fund, FTG Development Company, Albilad Investment Company, and Ekofine Holding BV to establish a SAR1.8 billion (aprox. US$480 million) closed and private investment fund for the project. The fund will be used to develop and operate the five-star resort, as well as its luxury ‘underwater villas’.
