• Beach Profiling and Sand Placement: These activities are well underway, contributing to the island's structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
• Villa Infrastructure: Construction is anticipated to commence in the first quarter of 2025, following the completion of land reclamation efforts.
• Waterfront Villas: Development of exclusive waterfront villas on the fronds is scheduled to begin shortly, offering premium residential options.

This $20 billion megaproject exemplifies Dubai's commitment to redefining luxury living.
The video indicates that the outer area is being developed to withstand tidal movements and waves, with visible progress in the outer zones. Construction activities are evident, including the establishment of main roads and the operation of heavy machinery. Nakheel, the developer behind The Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, has launched the first waterfront villa project on the Palm Jebel Ali, amid strong demand for luxury homes in the emirate. The project, which will be centred on four fronds of the island, will offer two types of villas – coral villas and beach villas – each of will be available for sale in eight styles, the company said on Monday.
