Enclave at Wynn Palace is a 432-key all-suite hotel tower to be developed adjacent to Wynn Palace’s east entrance. Construction is expected to begin in the second half of 2026, with an estimated timeline of 2.5 years. The project will have a budget of $950 million.

Have they announced which hotel brands will populate Phase 4? I can’t seem to find any information.

Galaxy Macau’s Next Phase Banks on Premium Play and Extra Tables
Phase 4 of Galaxy Macau is designed as an ambitious project, where more gaming will be associated with an increase in the appeal of non-gaming facilities. It will span an area of about 600,000 square metres, roughly 6.46 million square feet, including a theatre of 5,000 seats, a water resort deck, as well as other facilities alongside the casino. Management has made it clear that this phase is aimed at capturing premium customers, building on the resort’s existing positioning in Cotai.
Brokerage Jefferies noted that Galaxy Entertainment has been pressing the government for an increase in its table allocation in light of its fresh investment in Phase 4. According to analysts Anne Ling and Jingjue Pei, the group is waiting for an official response on whether that request will be granted. Until that decision is made, the company is also prepared to adjust how it uses its existing tables rather than simply relying on new ones.
Customer feedback has directly influenced the direction of Phase 4 development. According to Jefferies, customers are asking for higher-end products, which has affected Galaxy Entertainment’s strategy. This has meant that room sizes have been increased in Phase 4, even if it means that fewer rooms and suites are provided. This figure is now expected to be 1,350 keys, as opposed to a previous figure of 1,500.

MGM to launch 124 new guest suites in Cotai property starting in April: CEO
Macau casino concessionaire MGM China Holdings Ltd will start opening from next month 124 new accommodation suites at its MGM Cotai complex (pictured), said Bill Hornbuckle, chief executive and president of the parent, MGM Resorts International.

“We will open, I think starting next month, 124 new suites in Cotai,” Mr Hornbuckle stated. “We converted three floors [of MGM Cotai] to just suites, for the premium mass business. It really makes a difference … and we’re pushing hard into that,” he added.
