The legendary Boeing 747 has landed.

Once a centerpiece of the world’s most avant-garde festival, Burning Man, this iconic monumental art piece has found its new home at AREA15. Soon to be a one-of-a-kind cocktail and dining experience, it’s the perfect fit within AREA15’s expanded entertainment district.

  4. Today's video is at the Dream Hotel and Casino Las Vegas construction site on Las Vegas Blvd. It is Wednesday, February 19, 2025. The construction for this project has been on hold for almost 2 years. Construction was stopped in March of 2023 because the builder was having issues securing the construction loan for the project. Fast forward 2 years. New construction walls have been put up around the site. I was able to smell the fresh paint on them while I was there today. I wanted to take some video because it appears like construction is getting ready to start back up. According to what I have read online, the county has given the builder a 2 year extension on the building permit and the builder said they should have funding in place by the end on 2024 for 2025 construction.

  5. Tropicana Demolition

This video was taken on the east side of the property on the OYO Hotel parking deck. As you can see in the video, the two towers are gone. The first thing that I noticed when I arrived was that they are starting to lift up the pavement along the east side of the property right next to the OYO. They will eventually have to rip up everything on site so they will be able to level it for the future construction. There is a lot of crushed concrete along the north side of the property. This seems like this is the main thing left to do on site.

  8. Yesterday, the Clark County Commission officially approved the LVXP Plan, marking a significant milestone for Las Vegas. This achievement results from an extraordinary collaborative effort involving Comprehensive Planning, Public Works, and the Department of Aviation, Fire, and Police. We sincerely thank these teams for their hard work and dedication in bringing this project to life. We also thank the Clark County Commission for fostering an environment where Las Vegas and its entrepreneurs can continue to thrive. This approval reinforces our city's status as a global entertainment, conventions, sports, gambling, and media innovation leader. As a proud resident and professional in Las Vegas, I am thrilled to witness our city's evolution into one of the world's most dynamic and inspiring destinations.
