The first integrated resort of UAE is anticipated to open at the beginning of 2027.

Structural progress on the construction as in November 2024:
• Completed 55% of the structural concrete. The main resort tower is expected to open in December 2025. The construction teams aims to finish one floor per week with the tower current height reaching 44 meters;
• The resort will feature 1,542 rooms and suites;
• In November 2024 they started elevator and escavator installations;
• The resort will include 15,000 square meter shopping area, a 75,00 square meter meetings/events center, 3.6ha pool area, 22 restaurants, bars, lounges and a theater.

Do people not really understand the meaning of NDA's?

In my line of work (which is similar) this would be immediate firing, requirement for removal and probably blacklisted from that company and any projects owned / managed by the developer!
