After Wynn Resorts, set to open the Middle East’s first integrated gaming resort in 2027, it’s now AMAN, the global symbol of ultra-luxury hospitality, that is joining the island.

Direct mooring access connects JANU guests to Wynn Al Marjan Island and the Marjan Marina, turning this beachfront resort into one of the most connected lifestyle hubs in the UAE.

As of October 27th, construction has reached the 70th floor and is on track to top out by the end of November.

Wynn AMI’s gaming floor, Enclave royal apartments, and poolscape have been revealed, although I don’t have a copy of the renderings. I can say, however, that the gaming floor places a heavy emphasis on red-colored carpets with tobacco-colored floors and columns similar to those seen in the lobby, featuring palm textures. The casino’s center bar sits rather hidden. The lobby bar has also been revealed, featuring more natural light and a mix of gold, green, and some wine red. There is a strong possibility that all of this will be officially revealed tomorrow during the conference.

Wynn Al Marjan's structure is set to rise exactly 6.2 meters before reaching its final structural height, followed by a 31.8-meter spire.
