There is a high chance of it happening in the second week of December, but expect it to be pushed to the following week. It will take place before the week starting on the 29th of December. That's all I can confirm for now.

Janu Al Marjan Island will open in late 2028.

The status of Wynn Al Marjan is confirmed as structurally topped out after my visit today. The current focus is mainly on installing the glass façades, ahead of the spire, which is expected to be topped out by December.

It already started in May. They are not currently looking for croupiers, which is the name they use for dealers, as you said, but it does require training before opening, since every croupier needs to be licensed or certified by the GCGRA. Right now, they have also closed applications, about a month ago, since they already have a few. It is confirmed that many jobs will be available post-topping-off.
