It’s another picture-perfect day as the window frames have been delivered for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel at The Palmeraie. The installation process will begin shortly and pretty soon, future homeowners will be able to enjoy spectacular views of the iconic Camelback Mountain from the comfort of their home.

As 2020 comes to a close, construction on the multi-billion-dollar Ritz-Carlton, Paradise Valley continues. On December 20, 2020, we took a drive by the site to snap some shots. This will be part of a series of posts here on LUXE BLOG (that will continue until primary construction is complete around 2023).

The Hotel Spa is now taking shape, and it will be spectacular. The Spa Pool will have over 32,000 gallons of water to create a variety of aqua therapies along with more than 10 indoor treatment rooms and a collection of outdoor experiences, which all add up to being one of North America's best outdoor/indoor spas.

The Ritz-Carlton, Paradise Valley has announced that Steven Szenasi has been appointed general manager ahead of the resort’s late 2021 opening. Paradise Valley is located adjacent to Scottsdale, AZ.

As the first Ritz-Carlton to be built in North America in over a decade and the centerpiece of the $2 billion, 122-acre luxury master-planned development of The Palmeraie, The Ritz-Carlton, Paradise Valley, the company says, is positioned to become a flagship property for The Ritz-Carlton brand.

Szenasi’s career spans 25 years and comprises an impressive list of global luxury hotels within The Ritz-Carlton brand. In his most recent role as general manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain, the hotel was awarded the Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond Awards, while accomplishing the distinction of earning a second Forbes Five-Star award for The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Dove Mountain. Szenasi’s leadership contributed to the resort’s performance, The Ritz-Carlton says.

This video is from September but we haven't seen any shots this clear since. Does anyone have any newer images from the site showing the overall progress? The most I have seen is the pool area.

I also found this very short video from the outside of the construction site which shows the main resort building from ground level and some of the private residences.

This is the first time I have seen the concept art for a single home rather than the whole resort.
