The Residences are comprised of single-level villas sitting within six buildings, each two or three-stories tall and ranging in size from 1,500 to more than 4,000 square feet. Floor plans offer one- to four-bedroom residences and some include an additional den option. Prices vary from the low $1 million to more than $5 million.
“Ritz-Carlton Residences owners will truly experience a ‘resort within a resort’ as they will have their own junior Olympic sized-pool, private and beautifully landscaped grounds and all of the legendary services of the nearby resort including a dedicated concierge, priority access to hotel accommodations and amenities, along with a host of a la carte services such as in-residence dining and housekeeping,” said Jerry Ayoub, president of Five Star Development, the developer of the property.

The Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley masterplan and concept drawings
As a unique destination in a distinctive community, this 105 acre site includes over 60 acres of open space and dramatic views of Camelback Mountain and Mummy Mountain. The site abuts Scottsdale Blvd and straddles the border of the Towns of Paradise Valley and Scottsdale Arizona. The centerpiece of the project is a new 200 key Ritz-Carlton luxury resort and 94 branded resort villas. The Master Plan envisions the Ritz-Carlton Hotel becoming an integral part of the local community. While the main access to the Ritz-Carlton Hotel is via Lincoln Drive, the Hotel will also enjoy a connection via a walking Plaza to the Palmeraie Shopping Center to be constructed on the portion of the site within the City of Scottsdale.
