Work is ongoing! There are a lot of workers and the construction noise is everywhere. All parts of the project can be seen from the adjacent beach (1st pic). The smaller building (2nd pic) looks rather finished, unlike the bigger one (3rd pic), and the villas (4th pic) still require lots of work!

We have been end of November 2021 at Jumeirah Beach hotel. If you take a room away from the construction area you will not hear a noise in the room. Also if you are away from the construction at the beach there is only little noise. The new hotels should be ready in 2023. Has anyone been near the construction recently? Have booked to go to Jumeriah Beach Hotel in October 2022 and worried there will be a lot of noise from the works.
