Proscape LLC has been awarded the landscaping, water bodies and infrastructure works for the prestigious Wynn Al Marjan Island Resort in Ras Al Khaimah.

Clarification on what will be announced about Wynn Al Marjan during the Q3 earnings conference: as I mentioned earlier, construction photos of Wynn Al Marjan will be taken on either November 2nd or 3rd and presented during the conference on the 6th, alongside multiple renderings of the resort's interiors (gaming floor, unrevealed room and suite categories, etc.). However, I mentioned that Wynn AMI will be announced as structurally complete during the conference; a separate public announcement will be made for the topping-off, very likely between the 11th and 21st of November.

Construction on the 70th floor of Wynn Al Marjan has made almost no progress, with the tower remaining stuck at this level for about two weeks now. It seems that construction is more focused on installing facades rather than completing the final floor, which could delay the structural completion of the tower. This should not be confused with the topping-off, which Wynn Resorts has already confirmed will take place in November.

Wynn Resorts is expected to announce the completion of Wynn Al Marjan during its Q3 earnings conference on Thursday, November 6th. There is a strong possibility that previously unrevealed amenities of Wynn AMI will also be showcased, such as the gaming floor, various room and Enclave suite categories, as well as villas. This announcement will be followed by a visual update scheduled for November 2nd.

Following significant progress over the past few months, it is now more realistic to expect that Wynn Al Marjan Island will be structurally complete by the 20th of October at the latest, with the tower nearing 100% completion at the 70th floor and a height of 280 meters.
