The creators of Abu Dhabi’s jaw-dropping Zaya Nurai Island are turning their attention to new shores in Dubai. We’re already mentally checking-in to Zuha Island, a dazzling new private island resort currently under construction at the World Islands.

The website advertises that the Zuha is set to handover in the final quarter of 2024, which is when we expect the resort will also welcome guests. The Zuha resort will feature 70 resort villas perched on the ocean edge, and the first renders suggest that, like the brand’s original Abu Dhabi resort, many villas will come complete with their own private pools.

According to the Zuha Island website, the private island will be home to a collection of just 30, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom residential villas, each on its own generous plot of land with dedicated beach and utmost privacy. But if you’ve not got a spare million or 60 lying around, you’ll be excited to hear that alongside the residences, Zuha Island will be home to a boutique retreat.

Dubai’s World Islands is now home to a new luxury hotel, the Cote d’Azur Monaco.
Located at The Heart of Europe on the World Islands, the new hotel hosted a soft launch wherein customers experienced a “stunning landscape, vibrant energy and enchanting hospitality,” the Kleindienst Group said in an emailed statement on Tuesday.

I am writing this as investor in Cote D’Azur project. Whoever will invest the project think twice. We have won 2 courts against THOE as they avoid to pay their dues and even cheques signed by J.K. but can’t believe how cheap they act and try to escape from judge’s decision. All proven with court decisions.

The first hotel on the French Island (CÔTE D'AZUR) called "Monaco" has been completed and will be ready to welcome guests in September 2022. It has a French Restaurant, Beach Club, pool, Shisha- & Cigar club and a Bowling Club. This is the first of 4 planned projects to be completed on the French Island. Does anyone have any recent images of the Marbella resort?
According to this article it will open early next year but I am not sure which one it is, if it's in these recent photos then it looks nothing like the concept art (see below!) They said before this that it would be ready during Expo 2020...

Master developer Kleindienst Group is behind the new-build Marbella Hotel Dubai, which is expected to open in the first quarter of 2023. The Spain-based design practice A-cero is leading the property’s architectural design. The six-storey five-star property will house 191 luxurious apartments, ‘fisherman house’ suites and cave suites with each expansive apartment and suite featuring its own viewing deck.

It looks like social housing with a swimming pool. Such a disappointing and cheap finish. At least I know, where I will not go for a holiday.
