Ras Al Khaimah in the UAE is set to welcome The Luxury Collection to Al Marjan Island.

The move was announced in a deal (pictured) between Marriott International and Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) to open the luxury resort and residential development.The Luxury Collection Resort in Al Marjan Island will have 466 rooms and suites, plus 29 expansive villas. There will also be multiple dining venues, a spa, fitness centre, kids club, swimming pool and padel court, as well as extensive meeting and event space. The branded residences will include 392 apartments, ranging from one to five bedrooms, and 55 villas, with residents having access to resort amenities and services.

No Nobu, Ellie Saab or Ushuaia yet?

The ones without any comment I cannot confirm progress on, but The Address is set to rise very soon, with the foundations of the hotel tower now completed. Nobu, La Mer by Elie Saab, and Ushuaia are set to start construction between Q4 2025 and early 2026.

Plot 22 which is located on island 2 just next to Pullman resort
