Any update on Park Beach 2 construction?

More information regarding Hard Rock Hotel and Residences:

The second potential location, the plot neighboring The Westin, seems more realistic than the previously mentioned 80-hectare highlighted land. There are extremely low chances of a gaming floor unless the law changes, as only one land-based license per emirate (state/city) is allowed - which has already been acquired by Wynn Al Marjan Island. Construction could start as early as Q4 2025, with an expected opening in 2028.

The only thing I know so far is that it hasn’t been sold yet and is currently for sale at a price of AED 650,000,000.

The Hard Rock Hotel & Residences Ras Al Khaimah, a joint venture between db Group and RAK Hospitality Holding, is set to open in 2028, located adjacent to Al Marjan Island in the Beach District. The development will feature 300 hotel rooms, 395 branded residences, and is expected to generate around 500 permanent jobs. It will also include a beach club, rooftop bar, spa, and various dining options.

The property will be situated in line with The Westin.

No Nobu, Ellie Saab or Ushuaia yet?

The ones without any comment I cannot confirm progress on, but The Address is set to rise very soon, with the foundations of the hotel tower now completed. Nobu, La Mer by Elie Saab, and Ushuaia are set to start construction between Q4 2025 and early 2026.
