There is not much damage outside of American bases per se. But I’m afraid many property projects planned and under construction will be toast, due to possible loss of safe haven and luxury destination status. As it looks like now, a severe economic downturn in the Gulf countries is coming.
Are there any photos of the damage made to Palm Jumeirah after Iran attacked Dubai?

The Palm Crown
Source: https://whatson.ae/2024/02/so-this-is-whats-replacing-the-pointe-on-the-palm/The Pointe first opened as a dining and entertainment destination at the top of the Palm Jumeirah in December 2018. But in May 2023, developer Nakheel confirmed that the area – complete with a cinema, dancing fountains and string of eateries – would be redeveloped.
And although Nakheel is yet to officially announce what will happen to The Pointe, several real estate companies have now listed information regarding the new development, called The Palm Crown.
