Fontainebleau Las Vegas is going to debut in the fourth quarter of 2023, the property is Fontainebleau’s first in Las Vegas and marks the brand’s western expansion. Global debut is planned in the fourth quarter. As you may know, a milestone was recently reached by closing a $2.2 billion construction loan, bringing one step closer to realizing a dream. With that financing in place, construction continues, and everything is on schedule to bring this incredible resort to Las Vegas in the fourth quarter of this year.
The hotel will be a destination unto itself with approximately 3,700 rooms and suites, gaming space, a world-class collection of restaurants, retail, pool experiences, vibrant day and nightlife, health and wellness offerings, and meetings and convention space.

Last month, developers of Fontainebleau Las Vegas announced they secured a $2.2 billion construction loan to finish the towering hotel-casino. The group of lenders includes casino landlord Vici Properties, which said it’s putting up to $350 million into the deal, and financial giant Blackstone, which is spending $500 million, according to people familiar with the matter.

We just learned that Fontainebleau Las Vegas just secured another $2 billion of funding to complete the construction by Q4 2023. So, I went to check out the Fontainebleau from a different vantage point than usual.

Developers of the long-planned Fontainebleau project on the north end of the Las Vegas Strip said the property will feature a shopping district that will span two levels.
According to a news release, Fontainebleau is targeting a winter of 2023 opening. The property notes that Fontainebleau development chairman and CEO Jeffrey Soffer first began development of the resort in 2005.

Upon opening, developers say the property will feature a shopping district that will span 90,000 square feet and feature approximately 35 luxury retail concepts across two levels.
