An update from the 23rd of January. Looks like a new crane has appeared on site around the back and lots of work going on.

The video quality is a bit grainy because of the light from the site but if you go to around the 28 minute mark you can see the Fountainebleau update clearly.

Opening the end of 2023!

The Fontainebleau Las Vegas casino resort is set to open in the fourth quarter of 2023, according to Fontainebleau Development, the developer of the project. Construction has begun on the luxury casino resort at 2777 S. Las Vegas Boulevard, which will clock in at 67 stories tall. The project will fulfill Fontainebleau Development’s long-term goal of having a property on the Las Vegas Strip.

Along with Koch Real Estate Investments, Fontainebleau Development acquired the site for this project in February 2021. According to the press release, it is already 75% complete. Fontainebleau Development will be the only hotel operator on the property.

Fontainebleau Las Vegas, the long-gestating casino-hotel project on the north end of the Strip, has launched a new website.Visitors to FontainebleauLasVegas.com will find an animation highlighting amenities like music, swimming, dining and gaming.

A drive from Freemont Street down the strip showing lots of construction ongoing pretty much all the way down! Can see the other side (that you don't see in images often) of the Fontainebleau and more of the front too. Plus some extra bits of other construction ongoing in Las Vegas.

A month after developer Jeffrey Soffer unveiled plans to open the long-unfinished Fontainebleau, signage for the resort has appeared near the top of the north Strip tower. Portions of Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ “fb” logo can be seen on the exterior of the skyscraper in the same area as it is featured in a rendering of the project.
