It sounds very high-end; however, I’m not sure how noise and traffic pollution align with the concept of “wellness.”

Yes, this is the actual island, and as you can see, a major motorway cuts through it. I really hope that the development is going to be of very high quality, with superb sound insulation.

I completely agree with this assessment. Fahid Island will be located alongside a five-lane motorway in each direction, which is likely to make the area very noisy. In comparison, Jubail Island looks much more promising.
