Construction drawings reveal details of Efteling Grand HotelThis month, Efteling has applied for an environmental permit for the new Efteling Grand Hotel, which should open in 2024. Looopings received the detailed construction drawings for the 50 million euro complex. It shows all kinds of details that have not been shared with the public before, for example the rear facade and the precise layout of the majestic building.The exact location is visible on one of the building plans: on the entrance square between the parking lot and the Vonderplas, before the railway crossing. That is at the current location of La Place restaurant De Vrolijke Noot.

Demolition of the La Place restaurant on Dwarrelplein
The Dwarrelplein had to be overhauled due to the arrival of the Efteling Grand Hotel : a 143-room themed hotel that will form the gateway to the Pardoes Promenade
