Strategic Milestones and Landmark Partnerships
At Cityscape Global 2025, Diriyah Company announced the next chapter in refined living. Three major contracts worth $1.5 billion were signed with Almabani and BEC Arabia to accelerate infrastructure, commercial, and residential development.
The official launch of Manazel AlHadawi, an exclusive collection of luxury homes with a Najdi style in Wadi Hanifah, and the unveiling of Faena Residences Wadi Safar, a new benchmark in ultra-luxury hospitality-inspired living, underscored the growing demand for heritage-driven residences in the heart of the city.
The momentum continued in Diriyah Square, where a landmark lease agreement was signed with Apple to establish a flagship Apple Store, in addition to eight new retail, wellness, and lifestyle brands reaffirming the district’s emergence as Saudi Arabia’s leading lifestyle and retail destination. This was further strengthened by a new partnership with Majid Al Futtaim to introduce VOX Cinemas and seven other renowned lifestyle brands, enriching the square with experiences that blend culture, entertainment, and community.
Diriyah’s cultural landscape continues to expand with the awarding of a $244 million contract to Al-Majal El-Arabi Group and MAN Enterprise AlSaudia LLC to develop its Grand Mosque, set to become a landmark of heritage and faith. Complementing this, the newly announced Jabal Al Qurain Avenue in the Qurain Cultural District will serve as a creative destination celebrating Saudi talent and entrepreneurship through an immersive and dynamic retail experience.
Diriyah Company also signed a 70-year lease agreement with King Saud University, securing a 552,000-square-meter plot to support the development of Diriyah’s second phase (D2), aiming to unlock long-term value for knowledge development.
