Dubai’s luxurious ‘Atlantis Penthouse’ up for sale at $49M

The five bed penthouse triplex Royal Resort & Residences, built in 25,000 sq. ft. in Atlantis, is one such accommodation where people will feel luxury and city’s charm.

Located on the crescent of The Palm, Atlantis, The Royal Dubai, embraces 231 luxury apartments, 693 hotel rooms, and 102 suites. It was built and is being operated by Kerzner. Metropolitan Premium Properties, city’s one of the best real estate agency, is marketing this penthouse, which is listed for sale at $49 million. However, the price is expected to rise by three times, as soon as the project will be completed for the tourists.

The penthouse has five bedrooms and six bathrooms. However, an outdoor deck with its infinity pool 90 metres above ground, is added beauty of the penthouse, which is now Dubai’s recognised most expensive and luxurious accommodation.

The architecture of the Atlantis The Royal is different than the nautical palace design of its older sibiling.

According to parent organization, Kerzner International, the architecture was "conceptualised as 'deconstruction' of the traditional sculptural towers associated with Dubai, taking the form of a stack of individual blocks"

Atlantis, The Palm had its highest revenue month in October 2021, beating even prepandemic levels. This new hotel looks like it's set to be even more popular than expected!

After reopening 90 percent of the food and beverage operation post- pandemic, Atlantis welcomed over two million diners in 2021 alone. In addition, June 2021 saw the launch of the Atlantis Atlas Project, which introduced sustainable, locally sourced menus to the resort, as well as various marine conservation, research and education projects in the region.

In 2022, Atlantis The Royal will open with 795 rooms and 44 suites. There will also be 18 restaurants, including eight by celebrity chefs such as Heston Blumenthal and Jose Andres as well as a world-first beach and pool club by Nobu.
