Hi I asked Ellington, apparently the plot has always been half the size. There is another property between Costa Mare and Nobu. Can you share the model photo please as I thought the same as you too!

Any update on the construction status of JW Marriot Residences Al Marjan? Have they signed up a main contractor yet?

Do you have a screenshot? I would assume it’s just something to do with the foundation going in making the plot look split.
