I don’t think that is correct, as I have seen recent drone footage and the plot has construction equipment on it.

Hi. Does anybody know if the Ellington plot for Costa Mare next to Nobu has been split in two? I looked at the model of Al Marjan and noticed two developments instead of one? Google Earth also showed that the plot has been divided in two separate ones. Thanks!!

Hi I asked Ellington, apparently the plot has always been half the size. There is another property between Costa Mare and Nobu. Can you share the model photo please as I thought the same as you too!
