[Guest]

The projects I have already seen under construction are listed below, along with their plot numbers and names:

4 Nikki beach and Rosso bay (structure above ground ~6m)
13 Costa Mare by Ellington (laying foundations)
19 Wynn Al Marjan Island (above ground ~240m)
20 JW Mariott (Above ground ~5m)
24 Richmind (laying foundations)
41 Manta Bay
53 Uniestate
54 Durar (laying foundations)
55 MASA (above ground ~4m)
56 Missoni (laying foundations)
57 Saudi German clinic (completed recently)
35 Oceano by Luxe
36 Dana Bay
40 The Address by Emaar
27 Shoreline by Damac
34 Al Mahra Resort

That’s brilliant thank you. Very informative. The plot numbers listed without any comment, what construction stage are they at?
No Nobu, Ellie Saab or Ushuaia yet?

Is anyone able to highlight on these maps which of the projects have actually started any construction yet. The buildings seem very behind in comparison to the Wynn development.

Hello do you know if construction has started on the Costa Mare project yet?

[AALTJ]

Thank you. Was just curious as I have a unit next door in Costa Mare which will face that area!

Do you know the plot location of the newly launched Jacob & Co?

Plot 22 which is located on island 2 just next to Pullman resort

It's currently Wynn Al Marjan Island's offices, and we still don't know whether this will remain in place permanently.

Hello, excellent maps! What is the green space behind Nobu on Treasure Island going to be?

JW Marriott Al Marjan Island breaks ground and is now laying foundations after adjusting the terrain so it is suitable for construction.
