Is anyone able to highlight on these maps which of the projects have actually started any construction yet. The buildings seem very behind in comparison to the Wynn development.

Do you know the plot location of the newly launched Jacob & Co?

Plot 22 which is located on island 2 just next to Pullman resort

It's currently Wynn Al Marjan Island's offices, and we still don't know whether this will remain in place permanently.

JW Marriott Al Marjan Island breaks ground and is now laying foundations after adjusting the terrain so it is suitable for construction.

Westin Beachfront resort is fully completed inside and out, and ready for a Q3 2025 opening.
