Exciting, where did you hear this?
Note - this is only a concept logo.
Encore at Wynn Al Marjan Island confirmed. Encore at Wynn AMI could be integrated into the current Wynn tower as Encore Tower Suites, or it could potentially be Encore Wynn Marina, but we still don't know this hotel's form yet. It's confirmed and expected to open in the early 2030s.
Confirmed, Wynn Al Marjan Island's tower has currently reached the 53rd floor, while walls are extending up to the 56th floor, leaving the tower with 17 floors left. Also, floor 63 will be the last floor housing normal rooms, for floors 64–68 will use a high floor-to-ceiling technique exclusively for tower suites similar to the ones on 31–33, and floor 69 is said to be a sky observatory. We still don't know what floor 70 will house.
It is said that Wynn Al Marjan Island's tower will be structurally topped off in the second week of October. However, the glass façade, the spire, and the Wynn logo will not be installed at that point. That work is estimated to take 1.5 months to complete, which brings us to early December, the expected time for the architectural top-off. Also, during my recent visit to the site, signs had been placed along the E11, directing future guests to the resort. Soon, construction of a bridge directly connecting Island 3 and mainland Ras Al Khaimah is expected to begin, potentially as early as next month. Additionally, landscaping work for the beachfront and poolscape of Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently underway along Al Duhaisah Road, and is more than halfway complete.
The glass façade reflecting the sunset looks better than on the rendition.
