According to official sources, the Ritz-Carlton Paradise Valley opening date remains as planned, winter of 2022.

1. Pertaining to sales and investments:

As far as the sales progress, the multi-billion-dollar resort project has over $280 Million in contract for the Villas and approx. $150 Million in sales at The Estate Homes. In addition to the guard house, there are three Estate Homes currently under construction. Four more Estate Homes are expected to break ground in January 2022.

2. Most recent construction update:

Construction is progressing on the Ritz Carlton Paradise Valley with site work around the Casita & Hotel areas. Ongoing progress of rough-in is continuing to show headway throughout all areas within Back of House Area, Public Space, Meeting Area & Guestrooms. We currently have a crew of over 40 individuals working to complete the electrical portion of this vast project. We look forward to continuing to share about the progress of this beautiful property set to open in late 2022!
