Looks like the second tower will be branded as Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach

Just trying to work out some of the details as to what is being delivered with this expansion.

This was the information for the building of the second tower in 2017... it was expected to house a waterpark which I can find no other information on.

Meanwhile, The Grand’s second tower, the 559-room five star hotel named The Beach Club is 13-floors out of the ground and estimated to top-out within three months. The second tower will include a waterpark and 2000 person amphitheater as well as extensive leisure amenities for guests.

I also think that this means the new tower - previously know as The Beach Club - is the one that's now being listed as a new Holiday Inn?

Holiday Inn Resort Ho Tram Beach will be a 502-key hotel featuring facilities geared for family fun. Guests can enjoy their time at swimming pools and enjoy captivating views of the long coastline at the 360-degree rooftop bar. Additionally, the hotel will have direct access to facilities including a cinema, bowling arcade, food court and water park.
Does anyone know if that's correct or have any updates on the second tower or waterpark elements?

  6. How the Grand Ho Tram strip was/is supposed to look like:

The reality is a far cry from that. The only resort that opened to date is The Grand (soon to be Interconti).
