Construction phases 1,2,3 were completed. Phase 4 is underway with the islands of Atoll 5 and Atoll 6 to complete by building more than 200 villas on each island.

The total areas of Atolls 5 and 6 are 222,000 and 239,000 square meters respectively. The area of land per villa is between 620 and 720 square meters, depending on its location and view.

  7. More to come:

    November 6, 2021:

Durrat Marina, the real estate development that lies just north of Durrat Al Bahrain has announced plans to restart substation work on the marina retail strip.

The work is expected to be completed before the end of the year and is part of necessary infrastructure and support services for the project’s secondary and tertiary stages.

The key elements in the initial phase of Durrat Marina’s development, including seafront villas, residential apartments, a yacht club and a marina have all been sold and delivered.

Durrat Marina Chairman Yasser Al Jar said, “Our aim is to continue with the necessary infrastructure works, including an electrical primary station, to ensure we have services in close proximity with the final development of the seafront retail promenade. This primary station will ensure a permanent power supply to upcoming and future projects and will give a major boost to phase 2 developments on the main island.”

Villas start from $500k, which is quite steep for the middle-of-nowhere location that is Durrat Al Bahrain.

Most recent Google Maps shows that more of the islands have been built on since these last images.
