Anantara Resort opened on The World Islands (it's not part of the Heart of Europe) in December 2021.

I have seen nothing of this resort up to now and they seem to still be hosting PR trips 6 months after opening which isn't promising!

In December, the artificial archipelago got its first hotel: A five-star resort operated by Anantara that sits on the island representing Argentina and offers 70 beachfront villas with panoramic views of Dubai’s skyscraper-strewn skyline.

From a jetty on the Palm Jumeirah, a 15-minute transfer via speedboat provides views of Dubai landmarks such as the self-styled “seven-star” Burj Al Arab hotel. As the boat enters through the World’s oval breakwater, the Anantara resort comes into view, its circumference marked out by a thousand coconut trees imported from Oman. Staff clap arriving guests in a ceremony aping traditions in the Maldives. Peacocks root among young plants dotted around the beachfront.

For the most part, the operation is already well-oiled. Staff are attentive but give guests some privacy, communicating via WhatsApp rather than intrusive phone calls. A Mediterranean-themed restaurant provides a buffet breakfast and all-day eating. Qamar, the fine-dining outlet, boasts a porch overlooking the sea, where they serve Arabic and Indian food, including some of the finest naan in Dubai.

It takes a gentle 30-minute walk to circumnavigate the island and, while most of the World remains unbuilt on, a handful of other developments are visible. There are the lush surroundings of “Greenland”, where Sheikh Mohammed has a villa, and apartment blocks and Viking longship-themed palaces on “The Heart of Europe”, a residential and hospitality complex over six islands.

A picture of some of the most famous islands taken from the Space Station in April.

A pair of palm-shaped islands surrounded by circular storm barriers (Palm Jumeirah and Palm Jebel Ali) and an archipelago designed to look like a map of Earth’s continents stand out in this photograph, which was taken by an astronaut on the International Space Station on April 6, 2022.

  6. I was on the Palm Jumeirah, and here is the resort that is being built next to C Central Resort The Palm.

  7. The Palm Jumeirah still has some sites in the early stages of construction. Here is the one.
Have any ideas what are they planning to build there?

Not sure if this quite fits the "Artificial Island" thread but it's a weird Dubai resort in the water so think it fits. Kempinski Floating Palace to Open in 2023

For the first time in Dubai, a luxury hotel will operate as a floating building around which 12 other floating luxury villas are grouped with the possibility to sail to other anchorages at times. Anchored next to one of the most exclusive beach stretches in Dubai on Jumeirah Beach Road, guests of Kempinski Floating Palace are brought to the 156-room-and-suite hotel or their villas by speed boat or arrive directly with their own boats. Moreover, there is also a connected floating helipad next to a yacht parking deck for up to 16 yachts.
The innovative project by Seagate Shipyard will be open to guests from 2023 onwards, according to Bernold Schroeder, CEO of Kempinski Group and chairman of the management board of Kempinski AG.

The timing of this new launch happened to align with the delivery of the developer’s One at Palm Jumeirah Development which is currently under the management of Dorchester Collection, Dubai.

According to Omniyat, AVA Palm Jumeirah is will feature 17 hanging palaces that all have a unique and innovatively done architectural character. the company explained that developments units “re-shape” the real estate development industry alongside its luxury market.
