On the 13th of July the K11 ATELIER held the opening ceremony and the private preview for the Chairman of Association of International Aesthetic Management and its members. Waiting for it to be open to the public soon.

Updates on the opening phases:

11 SKIES has three Grade A office towers in addition to the host of shopping, dining and entertainment facilities. The K11 ATELIER office towers will be the first to open in mid-2022, followed by the entertainment facilities in 2023, and the phased opening of the shopping mall in 2024.

Transport access:

11 SKIES will be seamlessly connected to Terminal 2 in the expanded HKIA and is conveniently served by transport links including the Tuen Mun-Chek Lap Kok Link and HZMB. With the "one-hour living circle" concept in the GBA and the fact that it can be reached from other major financial centres in Asia within four hours, 11 SKIES promises huge business opportunities

Airport Authority Hong Kong has announced the creation of a major new landmark, SKYCITY, which will ultimately occupy about 25 hectares of land directly adjacent to AWE. Designed to be one of the largest integrated commercial developments in Hong Kong, SKYCITY comprises retail complexes, dining areas, hotels, entertainment facilities and offices. It will offer guests and organisers at AWE seamless access to an extraordinary new development.

Within SKYCITY, the integrated development named “11 SKIES” will be Hong Kong’s largest hub for Retail, Dining and Entertainment (RDE) and the first to combine wealth management and wellness services. Developed by New World Development, 11 SKIES has a total gross floor area of 350,000 sq.m and is scheduled to open in phases from 2022 to 2025.

The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB) and the Tuen Mun – Chek Lap Kok Link (TM-CLKL) further strengthen connections between AWE and the western part of the New Territories and cities in Mainland China. To further facilitate access to SKYCITY, the new Airportcity Link will provide direct connections between SKYCITY and Hong Kong Port. Convenient pedestrian linkages will likewise seamlessly connect AWE to SKYCITY and its diverse range of business and leisure facilities.

K11 Atelier, a creative office and shared workspace will be the first part of the 11 Skies area to open. It consists of 3 tower blocks and should be open in 2022.

To be sure, the complex is to welcome a range of wealth management and wellness services including Bank of China, Citibank, Standard Chartered, FTLife Insurance and Trinity Health Enterprise to provide services for local customers and tourists. These and other firms in the insurance and asset management, as well as in the medical and wellness sectors, will occupy three office towers covering 570,000 square feet that will bow in 2022. They are designed to reflect the K11 Atelier concept, a network of purpose-driven workplaces.

New World Development unveils “11 SKIES” – the first destination to combine wellness and wealth management, together with retail, dining and entertainment in Hong Kong at the heart of GBA. World-class Entertainment Zone

Hong Kong’s biggest indoor entertainment centre for all ages. One such entertainment offering is KidZania, an immersive, fun and interactive role-play learning experience for children from age 1-14. The first place in Greater China and exclusive in GBA, where kids can independently explore a scaled indoor city with more than 50 exciting careers that they can try.

11 SKIES will also be home to SkyTrack, the world’s longest indoor and outdoor karting track which is seamlessly woven throughout the complex. SkyTrack presents the most technologically sophisticated karting system in the region, with electric-powered karts and AR-enabled interactive control. Visitors of all ages will be able to experience the excitement of racing.

More unique and imaginative entertainment facilities will be included: from flying theatre, digital multimedia performance, to educational immersive experience.
