Hopefully the Greeks have the financial strength to complete the entire Ellinikon project, not just the Hard Rock, the marina and the Riviera Tower. With so much depending on presales, bonds and private investors, the real question is whether they can bring the entire vision to life without leaving half of it unfinished.

The Ellinikon Commercial Hub - the new state-of-the-art commercial, leisure and business destination will extend to more than 185,000 sq.m. on Vouliagmenis Avenue. The Commercial Hub will consist of the largest mall in Greece, a next generation retail park with big-box stores, as well as state-of-the-art office spaces. Right next to it, an iconic mixed-use tower will be developed that will house a hotel, offices, and apartments.
