Maia Resort Ho Tram develops an international-standard ecosystem of amenities.

Maia Resort Ho Tram is a component project of the Ho Tram Strip resort complex. Spanning approximately 7 hectares, the project comprises two 21-story condotel buildings and 36 resort villas. The condotel units feature international-standard interior finishes and are operated by Fusion Hotel Group, a unit within the Lodgis ecosystem specializing in hotel management and operational consulting for numerous resort brands. Long Thanh International Airport really changes the picture for the Ho Tram Strip. It’s about 78 km away, and with the new transport links in place, the trip should take just under an hour. That makes Long Thanh the go-to airport for anyone heading to Ho Tram.

Project Update – April 2025:

The construction of Maia Resort Ho Tram – Phase A1 of the 35-hectare expansion within The Grand Ho Tram complex – has officially begun.





This phase includes 1,244 beachfront condotels and 36 coastal villas, all facing the sea and designed by Dewan Architects. The development emphasizes wellness living and is fully operated by Fusion Hotel Group.




Phase A1 is the first to launch in the 35ha masterplan, which will later introduce Zones A2, B, and TT through 2027. New 3D renderings show a vibrant resort with wellness centers, family entertainment areas, and integrated beachfront event spaces.

Maia Resort Ho Tram phase 3 offers 4,500 hotel apartments (condotels) and 200 coastal villas (villas), built by GSA Group and cared for by Maia Resorts Group.

Ixora Phase 2

The Grand Ho Tram Strip casino resort is to add an extra phase to its “Ixora Ho Tram by Fusion” -branded condominium hotel (condotel) and villas complex (pictured).

“We have commenced development of Ixora [Phase] 2, which will add 512 rooms in a condotel tower and 63 beach villa units,” said Walt Power, chief executive of Ho Tram Project Co Ltd, in an update to GGRAsia in response to our enquiry.

The first phase of Ixora Ho Tram by Fusion, launched at a ceremony in August, includes 164 rooms in a condotel tower and 46 beach villas, taking the current number of operational rooms at the whole Grand Ho Tram Strip site, to over 1,300. The beachside project is in Ba Ria, Vung Tau, in southern Vietnam.
