Dubai Investments signed an agreement with Ras Al Khaimah-based master developer Marjan to acquire land to develop a Dh1 billion ($272.2 million) mixed-use waterfront destination on Al Marjan Island.

The project will include a beachfront resort, serviced apartments and villas plus residential buildings, retail, food and beverage outlets along with other recreational amenities, the listed investment holding company said in a statement to the Dubai Financial Market, where its shares are traded.

The 26th of November, Friday, at 16:00 at Al Marjan Island the Ministry of Interior celebrates the Golden Jubilee, so far the Al Marjan Island is an iconic investment destination.

Thursday, November 18, the Ras Al Khaimah police was practising for the march with the roads to the island closed.


The celebrations of the Ministry will be launched with the wide participation of all its factions, organizations and security units, as well as military schools and police teams, and will include a two-kilometre military parade on the Marjan Island Corniche, along with an air show for Emirates Knights.
