Novaworld have just begun construction on a housing division just along the strip.

Right inside the subdivision are a series of utility items that bring an ideal stay for all visitors such as:

It looks like there are a number of new resorts coming to the east of the other resorts featured in this thread.

In this video they feature a couple of resorts and a small water park that are being built along the coast. Can anyone translate what the video is saying for more info on what exactly is being built?

So I just noticed that in the last post the architect said essentially that opening wouldn't be until 2021 however the official site still says 2020 opening...

While The existing Grand is set to be rebranded as the Intercontinental Grand Ho Tram, the Holiday Inn is in the final stages of its fit-out and is set to open to guests later this year.

I think it's safe to say the architect might be right on this one.

Just trying to work out some of the details as to what is being delivered with this expansion.

This was the information for the building of the second tower in 2017... it was expected to house a waterpark which I can find no other information on.

Meanwhile, The Grand’s second tower, the 559-room five star hotel named The Beach Club is 13-floors out of the ground and estimated to top-out within three months. The second tower will include a waterpark and 2000 person amphitheater as well as extensive leisure amenities for guests.

I also think that this means the new tower - previously know as The Beach Club - is the one that's now being listed as a new Holiday Inn?

Does anyone know if that's correct or have any updates on the second tower or waterpark elements?

IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) signed agreements with Ho Tram Project Company Limited (HTP) to rebrand The Grand Ho Tram at the Ho Tram Strip integrated resort to InterContinental Grand Ho Tram within a year after refurbishments.

With The Grand Ho Tram to be rebranded InterContinental Grand Ho Tram, the 533-key luxury property is an integrated resort with three F&B outlets, a state-of-the-art convention centre that can accommodate up to 1,300 people inclusive of a large ballroom and five meeting rooms, outdoor pools, gym, spa, golf course, along with a retail space featuring a multitude of entertainment options including restaurants, bars, lounges, clubs and a casino gaming floor.
