King Salman Park, one of Riyadh’s four mega-projects, sits on an area that spans more than 16km2. Strategically located, the park will be easily accessible to many with links to several main roads, as well as being connected to the Riyadh metro and Riyadh bus network stations.

In addition to the vast green areas that make up the largest share of its area, the park will include a wide range of artistic, cultural, and sporting attractions, activities, and multiple areas of outstanding natural beauty for walking, together with commercial and residential areas. The most notable of the attractions will be the Royal Arts Complex and the Visitors Pavilion.

With these multiple options and other advantages, the park will become a unique destination for citizens, residents, and tourists, as it provides a new lifestyle that enhances the quality of life and enables its visitors to discover vivid experiences and live unforgettable moments.

Royal Arts Complex at King Salman Park

Barcelona-based architecture studio Bofill Taller de Arquitectura was commissioned to design the Royal Arts Complex (RAC) by the Royal Commission for Riyadh City in 2019. Currently under construction, the 320,000-square-meter building complex comprises thirteen structures, each contributing to the promotion of artistic expression. The project is located within King Salman Park, a 13.3-square-kilometer park being developed on the site of Riyadh's former airport. The broader development includes mixed-use projects to transform the area into a major recreational district.

After years of planning and construction, Indonesia’s new capital city is set to be inaugurated on August 17, despite the fact that the site remains an active construction zone. The new city of Nusantara, on the island of Borneo, will replace Jakarta as the national capital, moving the seat of government about 800 miles away. The decades-long project covering hundreds of square miles will cost about $33 billion, according to estimates by the administration of Indonesian President Joko Widodo. The stated reasons for the move include alleviating overcrowding in Jakarta and moving the capital to a more central location within the Indonesian archipelago.

The Neptune villas were initially limited to 12, but the number was increased to 48 due to high demand from high-net-worth individuals both locally and internationally.
The El Bahrawy Group has launched a new sales drive for the Neptune villas, with two-bedroom models priced at AED 29 million; three-bedroom models at AED 32 million; and four-bedroom models priced at AED 46 million.
Owners may either keep their villa for personal use, or hand it over to Kempinski for rental purposes, upon which the developer anticipates an off-season nightly rental rate of AED 50,000 including a crew of six and à la carte services by Kempinski.
