Pyramids Park: The SAAM Vega Pyramid, part of the Pyramids Park, is now under development. This nine-story pyramid will house 442 hotel apartment units, ranging from studios to two-bedroom suites, maintained by a well-known hospitality brand. Land Auction: In August 2023, 794 plots in Falconcity of Wonders were auctioned, totaling 15 million square feet. The starting price was AED 2.58 billion ($702 million). These plots are set aside for villas, apartments, townhouses, hotels, stores, offices, a mall, and a theme park. The plots sold for AED1.3 billion at the end of the auction, which was roughly half of the initial asking price.
